What are your hours of operation?

Company hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5pm EST. Holidays may affect our normal hours of operation.  Should you need to contact us after business hours, please email us:  [email protected].

What is the shipping fee?

Orders over $70.00 receive free standard ground shipping. Orders under $70.00 incur a flat shipping rate of $11.00. 

Do you ship to Canada or Hawaii?

Cincinnati Barber Supply ships to the 48 contiguous states only; does not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, APO addresses, or other countries at this time.
