Refund Policy
Returns:
- Cincinnati Barber Supply will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase on all merchandise in original package and in resalable condition only.
- Please email us at [email protected] to obtain Return Authorization or make a return for orders placed on cincinnati-barber-supply.shoplightspeed.com (our website). Any packages received without an RMA will be refused and returned at customer expense.
- To receive full credit for defective/dissatisfied merchandise must be returned in the original package with freight prepaid to Cincinnati Barber Supply.
- Restocking charges, up to and including 20%, may be applied for returns beyond 30 days from date of purchase and/or product deemed not resalable.
- All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 10 days of purchase.
- Cincinnati Barber Supply reserves the right to apply restocking fees and any applicable shipping charges on all returns or refused orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and are not responsible for print/description errors.
